Go onto the internet on someone elses computer with the internet, burn the exe's to a disk and install on your computer

Assuming the drivers are available, you use another machine (perhaps at the public library) to download the drivers manually to a USB flash drive ($10-$25 for a decent-sized one), and then use the USB flash drive to copy them to your XP machine.
