I have an Acer 4315 Laptop which came out with Vista. I don't like vista and want to put XP on it. How can I replace Vista with XP?
I tried formating it with XP but then it doesn't pick up any hard drives. So I found this link:

But it's for the Acer Aspire 5315, and I have the 4315. Do you think those instructions wil work on mine, even though it's writen for the 5315?Replacing Vista with XP on Acer 4315 Laptop?
It's the same AHCI driver 7.5.0.1017 for XP on both models
It should work.
ACER has the driver just select XP for Operating system
