ok so heres the deal i want to get a new laptop preferably a dell inspiron 15 laptop and the operating system is vista.......i HATE vista!!!! so is there some kind of cd rom or something that can change the operating system??How can i replace vista with windows xp?
all you have to do is

First; search for Windows xp drivers for your laptop

second; find Windows xp cd has new SATA drivers built in..How can i replace vista with windows xp?
You can, but it would require a complete install.

You have to delete the Vista partition and create a new XP partition and do a complete XP install from scratch. You will have to reinstall all of your programs.

You will need an XP install disc, a valid serial number, your drivers disc, and all of your programs you want to install.

OR, you can just wait till October when Windows 7 comes out, and upgrade to that.
If you really want to downgrade, you buy XP from either eBay or Amazon. Vista is the current Windows. XP is old Windows
